Paola Doro
Co Founder
With over 15 years of experience, Paola (BSc, MSc, CIMA) has worked her way up from entry-level roles to CFO, giving the insight into every stage of the job. Along the way, Paola has mentored many colleagues, several of whom are now finance directors themselves.
She strongly believes that finance is more than compliance; it is about clarity, structure, and momentum. For Paola, CIMA was chosen intentionally as provides the ideal combination of technical expertise with strategic thinking, required for Financial Leaders who are not just bookkeepers.
Paola’s experience spans financial services, media, charity, design, and tech, teaching her to adapt quickly, think contextually, and challenge assumptions. Over the past six years, she has led finance in a fast-moving Tech consultancy through audits, restructures, and acquisition preparation.
Evi Zemperligkou
Co Founder
Evi is a Strategic People Leader (BSc, MSc, CIPD) with nearly 15 years of experience building HR functions, scaling teams, and driving organisational growth across startups, scale-ups, and multi-partner environments.
Previously working in Fitch Group, GTT and as independent Business Consultant in Finance, Technology and Business Consulting industries, Evi is an expert in employment law, employee relations, and leadership advisory, with a proven track record supporting M&A, change management, and complex matrix organisations.
From startup momentum to sustainable scale, she specialises in developing foundational people systems, leadership frameworks, and values-led cultures that fuel business growth.
Throughout her career, Evi has led high-performing teams, navigated complex change, and implemented people strategies that directly impact business outcomes.
